About this document

This policy explains what personal data letai191.store receives, why, who it is shared with, how long it is kept and how you can control it. It follows the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic on Personal Information.

1. Who processes your data

The data controller is sole proprietor Yulianna Igorevna Morozova (INN 11210198900121, OKPO 34982517), trading as LETAI. For any question about your data: zakaz@letai191.store, Instagram @letai191clothing.

2. What we receive

• When you order — your name, phone, city and delivery address, e-mail (if given), comment and the items ordered.
• When you register or sign in — your e-mail. With Google sign-in, also the name and e-mail on your Google account.
• In your profile — name, phone, city and delivery address, your usual delivery method and your choice about marketing messages.
• When you use the fitting room — the photo you upload and the number of fittings used.
• When you subscribe — your e-mail and the site language.
• Technical data — IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and time of visit, cookies.

3. Why

• To take, confirm and deliver your order and contact you about it.
• To run your account, count your fittings and fill your profile into your next orders.
• To send news about drops and special offers — only if your profile says yes to them.
• To produce your virtual fitting.
• To send the newsletter if you subscribed.
• To understand how the site is used and improve it.
• To protect the site from abuse.

We process data on the basis of your consent, given when you order, register, subscribe or use the fitting room, and to perform the sales contract.

4. Fitting-room photos

A photo is used for one fitting. To produce it, the photo is sent to Google's image processing service (Google LLC). It is not stored on our server or written to logs, and only you see the result. Processing on Google's side is governed by Google's terms.

Upload only photos of yourself or of people who have agreed to it. Do not upload photos of children.

5. Who we share data with

• Delivery services — name, phone and address, when an order is shipped.
• Google LLC — Google sign-in, sending e-mail, processing fitting-room photos, Google Analytics.
• Yandex LLC — Yandex Metrica analytics.
• Telegram — new-order notifications to the seller contain the order details.

We do not sell personal data.

6. Marketing messages

Agreeing to news and offers is a separate box in your profile, apart from consent to process data for orders. You can untick it when filling in the profile or later in your account, at any time; saying no changes nothing about orders or fittings. We write by e-mail, Telegram or WhatsApp, and every message says how to stop them.

7. Where data is stored

Order and account data is stored on a server in the Russian Federation. Some of the services in section 5 are outside the Kyrgyz Republic. By ordering, registering, subscribing or using the fitting room you consent to this cross-border transfer.

8. How long we keep it

• Order data — 3 years from the order date, for exchanges, returns and accounting.
• Your account — while you use it. After you delete it, related data is erased within 30 days, except order data.
• Newsletter — until you unsubscribe.
• Fitting-room photos — not kept.
• Server logs — deleted automatically within 30 days.

9. Your rights

You can ask what data we hold about you, correct it, have it deleted, withdraw consent and unsubscribe. Write to us: zakaz@letai191.store, Instagram @letai191clothing. We reply within 30 days.

10. Cookies and similar technologies

• Necessary — site language, staying signed in, counting fittings. Your bag is kept in your browser's storage.
• Analytics — Yandex Metrica and Google Analytics count visits and show how the site is used. You can block them in your browser settings or with a blocker.

11. Security

The site only works over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Only the seller and the site's developer have access to the data. We store no passwords: you sign in with an e-mailed code or with Google.

12. Changes

This policy may be updated. The current version is always on this page, with its date at the top.
