Terms of sale

1. General

1.1. This document is a public offer by sole proprietor Yulianna Igorevna Morozova (the Seller) to sell LETAI clothing through letai191.store to any person (the Buyer).

1.2. Placing an order on the site, through the bag or a quick order, accepts this offer. From that moment a sales contract on these terms is concluded.

1.3. The relationship is governed by the law of the Kyrgyz Republic, including the Civil Code and the Law on Consumer Protection.

2. Goods

2.1. Each piece's description, colour, sizes and price are on its page. Colours on screen may differ slightly from the real thing.

2.2. A virtual fitting shows how a piece might look; it does not guarantee fit. Choose your size from the size chart.

3. Orders

3.1. After you order, the Seller contacts you by WhatsApp, phone or e-mail to confirm availability, delivery cost and the total.

3.2. If a piece is out of stock, the Seller tells you, and the order is cancelled or changed by agreement.

4. Price and payment

4.1. Prices are in Kyrgyz som. The price is fixed when the order is placed.

4.2. Payment is by bank transfer to the details the Seller sends after confirming the order.

4.3. Delivery is not included in the price. It is listed on the Delivery & exchange page or agreed separately.

5. Delivery

5.1. Delivery methods, times and costs are on the Delivery & exchange page.

5.2. The risk of accidental loss or damage passes to the Buyer when the piece is handed over.

6. Exchanges and returns

6.1. Exchange and return terms are on the Delivery & exchange page. They do not limit the Buyer's rights under the consumer protection law of the Kyrgyz Republic.

6.2. A faulty piece is replaced or refunded, delivery included.

7. Liability

7.1. Each party is liable for failing its obligations under the law of the Kyrgyz Republic.

7.2. The Seller is not liable for delays caused by the delivery service or by force majeure, but will help the Buyer resolve them.

8. Personal data

8.1. The Buyer's personal data is processed under the Privacy policy published on the site.

9. Disputes

9.1. Disputes are settled by negotiation first. Write to us: zakaz@letai191.store, Instagram @letai191clothing. Failing agreement, a dispute is resolved as the law of the Kyrgyz Republic provides.
